Babybeatz is a really lovely class and Amy works hard to make it so much fun and absolutely value for money. The themes are great and the atmosphere is nice. Amy is clearly so passionate about her home grown business (and rightly so) and is super accommodating. I can see me continuing to take my daughter for years to come. Been going to Amy for a while now with my youngest for Baby Beatz and my oldest for Dancing. Both my girls love going to Amy’s sessions. Amy is full of life and it shows in every session with all the dancing, singing and playing with all the toys both Amy and my girls do. Amy is very accommodating where possible and we are looking forward to next session!

I started taking my daughter to Baby Beatz a year ago when she was 6 months old. We absolutely love it!! The classes are fun and engaging for both of us and Amy is always happy and upbeat. We both look forward every week to attending and it’s been a highlight of our weeks since the very first class. It’s been such a pleasure seeing my daughter gain so much from a Baby Beatz, she’s learnt about socialising, it’s helped her confidence grow and she’s learnt songs and skills that we also do at home. It’s not only my daughter who gains from this class, I was a nervous first time mum and it’s been so good for me and my mental health to spend time with other parents in a safe and relaxed environment. I appreciate more than I can say everything that Amy’s worked to provide and can’t recommend her classes highly enough. We’ll be attending for as many years as we can

A little about me:

My love for dancing begun at the age of 2, when I donned my Ballet and Tap shoes and headed into my first dance class at Marilyn Yeardley’s School of Dance and Performing Arts, the rest is history! My passion for dance lead me to High Melton College, where I transitioned from dancer, to Performing Arts Performer. My years at High Melton taught me everything I needed to know about the amazing world of The Performing Arts, leaving me with a National Diploma, and memories to last a lifetime! Following this I headed over to York St John University and studied Contemporary Dance. Throughout these 3 years, I realised exactly where my love of dance was taking me. I needed to share it, with children and adults alike.

So…here I am, spreading my love for the expressive arts, by teaching children within school settings, adults through dance fitness and babies and toddlers through sensory dance classes.

I am indeed, dancing the dream!
